All over the year I\'m occupied in apiculture with special care and great enthusiasm to acquire honey, this divine gift with it\'s rich aroma and flavour of Aegean thyme. And I know firsthand the privileged classes of the beehive, the drones (KIFINES) who keep away of work, worries and troubles enjoying life.

With the same enthusiasm, taste and care we have created in Folegandros a small hotel consisting of three big apartments and one maisonette fully equipped with modern facilities and fully air-conditioned and heated.
